Applications Development ManagerOur client is a progressive and growing manufacturing and distribution company that is seeking to hire a full-time employee in the position of Applications Development Manager. You will lead a team of 3-4 Developers and Analysts who perform user interface, business requirements analysis, systems design, programming and testing of custom enterprise level Microsoft Windows .Net applications including Windows server applications and Web Applications using current technologies such as C#, .Net, VB.Net, HTML, JavaScript, Python, document management, version control, Android and iOS Mobile. You will also development enterprise applications for manufacturing and distribution that interface with their IBM i Enterprise level iSeries and RPG Free.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Windows applications design and development of custom .Net and Web applications and 2-4 years’ experience in formal supervision/management and project management of developers and analysts. A BSCS is also preferred. You should have strong applications development/web development experience using the Microsoft .Net stack using, Windows servers, C#, .Net, VB.Net, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Python, version control and Mobile development using iOS and Android. Candidate must have strong applications development within the manufacturing/distribution industries. Any experience with IBM i, iSeries RPG development would be a plus. Our client is offering a base salary in the $120-130K base plus excellent benefits including a generous 401k, health insurance, flex work hours, and growth opportunity. Our client is located in a rural community with home prices in the $250-300K range and access to excellent close by outdoor activities.
