Successful and longstanding YouTube channel seeks Social Media and E-Commerce Coordinator to join the team!
This administrative position will include responsibilities associated with social media and fulfillment for our online stores.
You will work independently to implement important choices and decisions based on the company's core values. We value creative thinking, attention to detail, strong drive and a hunger for learning.
Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating original posts and marketing campaigns, copy writing, photo editing and post scheduling.
Maintain a monthly content calendar, set up 4 weeks in advance.
Moderate and respond to fan comments and questions in a timely and professional manner and in the voice of the creator.
Marketing
Create and distribute bi-weekly email newsletter.
Work alongside Executive Assistant on projects or events as needed.
YouTube Video Management
Set up videos including writing titles, descriptions, tags, applying card and end screen templates, and ad placement. (Videos and thumbnails are already edited and scheduled.)
Merchandise Management
Maintain our online stores including updating inventory, coupons & promotions, updating product listings or creating new merchandise.
Package and ship orders placed on the website and provide customer service as needed.
Monitor sales trends and suggest new product offerings.
Required Skills
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, meet deadlines, act with professionalism, and offer top not customer service.
Comfortable with Apple and Adobe products - most notably Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Full knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO).
Position Details
This is a full-time employee position suitable for an entry or mid-level candidate with compensation commensurate with experience. Must be local to Palm Springs and available in a full time capacity. Potential for some work from home or occasional travel.
