Our Real Estate Firm is looking for a full-time Marketing Associate. In this role, you will help maintain and develop marketing strategies which include direct marketing, social media, reputation management, and website management. The individual we are looking for should have experience in marketing, social media, public relations, as well as skills in photo editing, content creation, copywriting and graphic design. We are looking for a progressive individual that wants to grow with our company.
What you'll do:
- Developing and creating marketing materials for direct mail campaigns.
- Managing the CRM software and creating reports.
- Setting up and filming YouTube videos for our channel.
- Maintaining our websites and PPC campaigns.
- Monitoring our reputation management software.
- Conducting research on a range of real estate trends, which including rental, investment,
business brokerage, and various other issues for our social media accounts and website.
Qualifications:
Experience with Marketing and communication projects
Fluency in English is mandatory. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
Experience with Wordpress and Digital Ads is preferred
COMPENSATION
Hourly rate $16.00 to $18.00
Quarterly Bonus
Holiday and Sick pay
Simple IRA Employer 2%
Starting Annual Compensation $36K to 40K
