Infiniti Home Loans is mortgage broker seeking licensed Loan Officers in CALIFORNIA. If you are a highly motivated, competitive, production-driven mortgage professional we would like to speak with you. We are looking for a mortgage professional who has a positive attitude, strong sales experience, and a strong work ethic. Also willing to provide mortgage training for the right candidate with a strong sales background.
We offer most loan programs including but not limited to Conventional, Jumbo, non-QM and Reverse Mortgages. Leads are provided by Infiniti Home Loans.
Leads: Hot purchase realtor leads and also internet leads
In house experienced processor to close your loan fast
Applicants MUST be NMLS MLO licensed.
Responsibilities
Originate mortgage application in Calyx Point
Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with mortgages.
Stay up-to-date with changing rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Keep informed of all origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting and closing requirements for both company and investor guidelines pertaining to both government insured and privately insured mortgages.
Coordinate customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated from application to closing including, but not limited to: Counseling and Pre-qualifying potential home buyers; taking complete and accurate application; obtaining all necessary support documents along with the appropriate fees and lock-in information; overseeing the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity with term; assisting in collecting additional documents and promptly communication loan status to all interested parties; and obtaining loan documentation after closing as directed by corporate or senior management.
Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
Adhere to organizational procedures for loan processing.
