We are currently looking for an awesome candidate (or two) that is ready to start right away. The position is a mixed designer / customer service position because we will be helping and designing for the customers directly. We have tons of premade items for them to choose but custom is the name of the game so there are a lot of requests and projects always coming in.

99.9% of our business is online so most of your time will be through email. The emails will vary from helping an artist / business / individual with questions they might have about their project or giving them a quote to sending them an invoice. (All super easy) Most will have print ready files while others will not so we have to help guide them and get their artwork recreated or setup. (Easy) We do want to make sure you can type proficiently as you will be behind a keyboard a lot.
We request that you know Illustrator, or at least photoshop, so you can help customers with sizing or setting up their files for print (super easy). If you know photoshop we can teach you the tools you need to know for Illustrator.
Phone calls will come in throughout the day but with our product a lot of it is funneled into emails as we have to send proofs and whatnot.
This position is full time and for pay we are looking at $14 - $15 per hour depending on your qualifications and there is room for growth as we really are barley scratching the surface of our market!
This position is not available via remote.
