Architectural 3D Renderer

We are currently searching for a 3D Designer/Renderer to join our high-end interior design firm in our new, innovative and state-of-the-art headquarters in Irvine, CA. We are searching for a qualified and creative intermediate-level multimedia Designer with marketing experience in the architecture/interior design industries to join and help build the momentum of all of our growing divisions. The candidate will be working closely interior design team, reporting to our Design Director to develop and implement creative executions for our high-end brand.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience designing illustrations/renderings in architectural visualization (2D & 3D modeling). The candidate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once, be able to meet tight deadlines, and work well as a team member. To be chosen for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, architecture or a related field as well as strong interest in the home furnishings, interior design, or architecture industries.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, visualize and produce renderings using appropriate software to develop compelling and effective visuals.
Support Director of Interior Design with any design efforts.
Work collaboratively and constructively with all team members.
Maintain and elevate brand.

Skills/Qualifications/Abilities:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, multimedia, architecture or related.
2 5 years of work experience in 3d rendering role in a professional environment.
Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and as well as independently.
Ability to take initiative.
Ability to receive constructive criticism.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Proficiency with 3DS Max, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and SU Podium
Previous experience designing 2D & 3D modeling, rigging, and animation.
Proficient space planning skills.
Knowledge of materials and terminology in the interior, furniture, and architecture industries.
Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A strong eye and understanding of visual composition and branding fluidity.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Visual and compelling portfolio of previous experience.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Able to travel up to 20% of the calendar year.
Required Education/Experience: To be eligible to perform this job, an individual must possess the following:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, multimedia, architecture or related.

Adobe Creative Suite
Revit
3ds Max
Interior Design or Architecture Industry Experience (Preferred)
Able to work in Irvine, CA (Required)
Able to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Required)
