We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who will work strategically with key managers to build an HR foundation that ensures compliance and aligns with the company culture, mission statement, and core values. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company in all areas of HR by collaborating with managers and employees to promote and enhance organizational performance through cultural management, maximizing employee performance results, and minimizing corporate risk. This position is in Roseville, Ca and is not a remote opportunity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional designation - PHR required SPHR preferred

Bilingual is highly preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains electronic data, records, files, and/or paper trail to document all transactions and employee files, ensuring accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and adherence to corporate internal controls to prevent and deter fraud.

Responsible for the organization's human resources planning and policies

Employee recruitment and onboarding

Leads managers in needs assessments, education, training, and development of employees and documents all related plans and processes

Document and develop company career path opportunities

Coaches and trains managers in their ongoing evaluation, communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them

Develop standards for, monitor, and champion utilization of documentation through HRIS

Communicates with and enroll employees in IRCC Apprentice program.

Align corporate competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees and are consistent with regulatory compliance.

Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.

Maintain time off calendars for all employee classifications.

Manage resolution of employee relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent and compliant resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures, and values.

Attend Foreman and Management Meetings, providing updates on new regulation, systems, and process changes.

Assist PMs with providing GCs confidential information as appropriate and approved by the employee.

Negotiate and liaison between management and any HR related vendors.

Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively resolve problems

Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

Provide administrative support and backup for the office, including typing, scanning, filing, data entry, calendaring, organizing and coordinating meetings and special projects.
