Hello, We are inviting applications for the post of a dental assistant and/ or RDA. Candidate must be reliable and responsible with cheerful outlook and have reliable means of transportation. Experience in digital x rays and computers is a plus.
Job Purpose:
Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.
Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; prepares treatment room, positioning instruments for dentist's access; suctioning; passing instruments.
Educates patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with infection-control policies and protocols.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
