Summary: We're looking for a Program Manager who is extremely detail oriented, efficient, and a creative problem solver to manage one our flagship training programs for newly hired engineers - Engineering Bootcamp. The Program Manager will be responsible for creating and executing project plans to improve and develop the program and collaborating closely with Engineering and cross-functional partners.Required Skills:

Collect, analyze and report data to drive improvements and iterate on programs

Drive strategic high-level initiatives to build and enhance our suite of programs, both independently and by managing contributions of stakeholders

Manage and iterate a program to meet company level priorities

Ensure the success of complex training programs, including content feedback, mentorship and coaching programs, space planning and measurement

Maintain and streamline operational logistics

Collaborate with engineering to implement tool improvements and efficiency

Partner professionally and effectively with many areas of the company, including HR, Learning Operations, Learning & Development, Engineering, Recruiting, AV, and Facilities

Partner closely with Engineering to develop program specific content and facilitate training sessions

Ability to travel within the US and possibly internationally

Minimum Qualifications:

4 or more years of experience with program management

BS/BA Degree

Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks while managing time

Communication & facilitation experience

Experience scaling programs

Knowledge in Excel, Facebook, data analysis and data visualization

Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across time zones

Experience interfacing with senior leaders and presenting to groups of 10+ numbers of people

Experience in creating and sustaining relationships with both technical and non-technical people

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience collaborating with engineering and internal tool development

Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver

Passion for data and details

Strong team player that loves to improve processes and strives for efficiency

Approachable, patient and willing to answer questions
