Seeking a person or persons with previous experience in the TV industry, to write and develop a pilot called "The Man of Miracles" about a miracle-working Prophet from Lebanon, who is in New York City. He can work supernatural miracles, every day. Think "Highway to Heaven" meets "The Equalizer" meets "Touched by an Angel". The odd thing is, this man really existed, and died in New York City in 1984.
Yes, this man really existed, and I wrote a book about him.
I am not seeking a script reader, nor an editor. I am seeking someone who wants to be full partners in this endeavor. The pilot (and series) would be about a Lebanese prophet, living in New York City, who is retired. But he can still work miracles, and he does so, to help people in trouble or who need help. Yes, this would include lots of camera tricks and some CGI.
There are 50,000 unemployed screenwriters in the U.S. alone. I'm not seeking you. I need a professional who is already established in the industry, who can get pitch meetings. One who has real connections. If I can't find one interested in this project, so be it.
