Helpdesk / IT Tech Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

This position will assist with in-person and remote support for end-users of a large companys computers, software, network, and telephone systems.

Troubleshoot copiers, printers, desktop operating systems, application errors, and PC hardware issues.

Set up and maintain user desktop environments and set up peripherals

Qualifications:

1-3 years of IT Help Desk support Excellent computer and software troubleshooting skills and customer service are required.

Strong communication and documentation skills

Effective time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with attention to detail.

Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently and work closely with staff members.

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, (Word, Outlook, Outlook PST, Excel etc.) Windows 7, Windows 10. Must also have a working knowledge with printers, smartphone and tablets, and general software applications support.
