We are a fast growing construction company looking for administrative person to work in an high demand environment, the right candidate will have an option to get promoted to manger position in a matter of a few months
office administration experience is a MUST
Full time position Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Duties :
Answer phone
Perform clerical duties, replying to emails, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy,
fax, package and mail etc. as needed
Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for projects
Type documents, drafts, and reports as needed
Assist dispatch office as needed
Online Data Entry
Communicate with the workers
Submit/comply Contract requirements
Ensuring that all contracts with our clients are completed
Maintaining project official logs, files, reports, schedules, and documentation as required
Interacting with project architects, engineers, general contractors, direct retained subcontractors and suppliers
qualifications :
Ability and willingness to answer telephone with a professional and friendly voice.
A work history of proven punctuality and reliability.
Solid organizational skills; must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to interact effectively with all types of people.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to accurately type 40 words per minute.
2-3 years prior front desk and administrative assistant experience.
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Spanish speaking is a PLUS
