Description A well known Healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our medical team. The primary responsibility of the Patient Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth workflow within the medical facility. The individual will be handling patient-related administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing appointments, processing payments, and responding to patient inquiries. Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients in a detail oriented and friendly manner upon their arrival. Collect the necessary documentation and patient information to complete the registration process. Schedule and manage patient appointments through the institution's system. Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner both over the phone and in-person. Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information, as per HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient flow within the facility. Promptly resolves patient concerns and queries, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, documents, and reports. Requirements 2 years of Patient Care Coordination Experience
