Part-Time Bookkeeper
M-F, 20-25 hours a week
$30/hr (DOE)

What we're looking for:
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper with a desire to join a rapidly growing company. The position will start at 20-25 hours a week, but if youre the right person, there may be room for growth to a full-time position. We need someone M-F, but we are flexible on the hours. You will work out of our offices at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA.
What you'll be doing:
We use QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel so youll be doing-
o Accounts payable
o Accounts receivables
o Collections
o Journal entries
o Bank and credit card reconciliations
o Sales/Use tax reporting
o Other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
You'll be reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Accounting
A little bit about you:
Previous accounting/bookkeeping background
1-2 years' minimum experience with QuickBooks Online
You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
You pay close attention to detail and are comfortable working with data
You are coachable, interested in personal development, and unafraid to ask questions
You are well organized and reliable
Bachelor's degree preferred
