We are seeking a finance/office administrator to support our day-to-day operations at a real estate development company. We run a small operation and work closely with one another, so we are looking for someone easygoing with a positive attitude. Our beautiful office is located on the 10th floor of a high rise building in the heart of Pasadena!
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
BILINGUAL in Mandarin Chinese and English
Experience with Quickbooks and Excel
Responsibilities:
Financial Duties:
Bookkeeping and data entry for company expenditures
Working with Excel and Quickbooks software
Coordinate financial data with company CPA
Communicate directly with CPA and other financial departments and verify all data
Create, send, and follow up on invoices and bills
Data analysis (understanding project operations)
Attend company meetings and keep meeting minutes
Maintenance Coordination Duties:
Manage repair requests for residents at development projects
Act as point of contact for residents, and coordinate with HOA manager for repairs
Administrative Duties:
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
Manage phone calls, correspondence, calendars, schedules (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Office upkeep and stock supplies
Provide administrative support as needed to other employees in company
Working hours from Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 to $55,000+ /year
