Small Belmont Shore company seeking someone to manage the books for different entities. Must be familiar with A/P, A/R, filing monthly and quarterly lodging/transient tax reports for vacation rentals, reconciling checking/credit card account monthly, filing, invoicing, etc.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience
-10-15 hours/week CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULED
-Quickbooks Pro
-Microsoft Word & Excel
-Self-starter, detail oriented, with strong organizational skills required
