Qualifications
1. Must be able to pass drug test ( hair follicle test detect drug use for 90 days )
2. Must Have 5+ years residential Roofing experience.
3. Must be experienced at troubleshooting and repairing roof leaks.
4. Road warriors only! Driving to job sites all over Southern California
5. Must be available to work 60+ hours per week.
$50,000-$80,000 per year DOE
Duties-
QC Jobs - cleanup and minor fixes when needed to keep our customers happy.
Customer service - must be exceptional at defusing upset customers and leave them smiling.
Call-back leak repairs - must be an expert at finding leaks when the roofers failed to, and fix them quickly. ( during rainy season )
Jobs - Managing upto 6 jobs at a time. Coordinate permits, inspections, material deliveries, Roofers and Home Owners.
