Notebooks for Students (a CA nonprofit Corporation) is looking to hire an individual for a junior management position. The candidate is expected to train and assume general management responsibilities within a 2-year period.
Immediate responsibilities include:
Preparing laptops for order fulfillment
Providing remote support to our customers
Repairing laptops at the NFS facility
Training responsibilities will include:
Monitoring order fulfillment
Monitoring service completion
Inventory management
Managing wholesale returns
Compensation includes:
Five paid holidays or personal days.
Year-end bonus
Generous non-paid hours off as needed for personal or family matters.
Requires 3 years experience within a computer service environment with knowledge of laptop hardware replacement and software/OS installation.
