Conventional Machinist . We design and fabricate assembly tooling for the manufacturing field. We have been in business since 1989 (pandrtool.com)
The applicant should meet or exceed the following qualifications:
Understand and use safe working practices.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the machining field.
High School degree. Completion of a machinist apprenticeship program or a technical certificate preferred.
Capable of interpreting blue prints and machining parts to print.
Experience setting up and operating Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders and various machine tools and equipment.
Familiar reading micrometers, calipers and other standard measuring equipment.
Requires the physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs. Knowledge of CAD is a plus. Some CNC experience is a PLUS.
Positive manner of performance, team player, good written and verbal communications skills.
Own basic measuring tools and machinist hand tools providing capability to perform job duties.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test/Smokers need not apply
