BARONHR STAFFING IS SEEKING A SHARP, EXPERIENCED STAFFING ONSITE FOR A VERY BUSY RETAIL DISTRIBUTION CENTER. THIS IS A MID SHIFT/2ND SHIFT POSITION. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM OR 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
We are seeking for a Onsite Recruiter - Bilingual-Spanish to join our team! You will perform activities from onsite recruitment duties to administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Weekly payroll
Provide management with requested reports and documents, Weekly and monthly client and upper mgmt. reports
Effectively fulfill job orders in a timely manner
Safety/Injury reports
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Employment/Staffing Agency
Ability to utilize different resources/online tools to recruit for large job orders for new personnel
Ability to build rapport and long term business relationships with all client and Baron Hr associates
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High energy, willing to find different ways of recruiting
Able to work some weekends
WAGES ARE DEPENDING UPON YOUR EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE RESUME AND PREVIOUS STAFFING AGENCY EXPERIENCE
