We are seeking an experience loan Processor.
Qualifications:
2 years processing
Excellent with disclosures and compliance
Must be organized, punctual, have excellent communication skills, must have a positive attitude, great follow up skills, the desire to learn, must have knowledge of FHA guidelines, Conforming and VA loans, and must have reliable transportation.
Candidate should process the ability to:
Communicate effectively with clients and other staff.
Process applications from submission of the loan package to underwriting and funding.
Order and analyze credit report, appraisals, escrow instruction, title insurance, and all other certifications as necessary.
Obtain loan conditions from borrowers and properly scan into system.
Gather, organize and track loan documentation.
Answer telephone calls in a professional manner.
Meet Deadlines.
Obtain VOEs, supplemental etc
Must be Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) both verbally and written skills required.

Monday-Friday. 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturdays: Occasionally
