The Club for Fitness is seeking an experienced and energetic professional to run the Accounting and HR departments. Must be a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual willing to work in a team environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Reconcile multiple bank accounts and investigate/resolve & discrepancies
Perform AP and verify accuracy of vendor invoices and payments
Verify billing and collections
Ensure expenditures are accurate & correctly posted
Manage employee onboarding
Creating bi-weekly payroll checks
Prepare and post monthly close journal entries
Prepare monthly financial statements
Other duties assigned by the GM
Requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting OR equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience:
Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Sage or Peachtree Accounting software
