Multifamily on-site Community Manager position available on the central coast of California in beautiful San Luis Obispo at BRAND NEW market rate apartment community in the heart of San Luis Obispo, CA at Twin Creeks Apartments www.twincreeksapts.net Instagram @twincreeksapts

Qualifications

Excellent accounting, written, organization and interpersonal skills necessary for success. Sales and customer service skills a must. Full time live in position on-site. Compensation includes rent discount. Supervisory position requires effective communication with co-workers, residents, vendors and prospective renters. Fair housing and current rental law knowledge a must as well as team player attitude in working with off-site corporate office. Minimum of three years property management experience.

Duties include:

. Follow all Local, State Federal Fair Housing and rental laws

. Greet prospective residents and provide information on apartment inquiries

. Show vacant apartments and tour the community

. Rent apartments and qualify all applicants

. Collect rent accurately

. Complete leasing/administrative paperwork

. Handle tenant requests, issues and complaints

. Issue late rent payment notices; 3 day and 30 day notices

. Inspect the property daily

. Process work orders and follow-up with the maintenance team

. Assess and act accordingly in emergency situations

. Enforce rules and regulations of the community

. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements include High School Diploma.

A background check and credit check will be run.

Minimum of three years of Property Management experience. Candidates must be very organized, have excellent communication skills, and be detail and customer service orientated. Knowledge of Window based computer programs and Internet use is required. Knowledge of current federal Fair Housing and state rental laws a must. Thank you for your interest.
