Human Resource/Payroll Assistant
Due to company growth, AWI Management Corporation, a property management company located in Auburn, CA, is seeking individuals with Human Resources and Payroll experience. This is a full time position.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and be diligent in tracking a variety of work processes. Experience in the areas of Benefits Administration, Payroll (ADP-WFN), Workers Compensation, Leaves of Absence, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Labor Relations are all helpful.
Job Requirements:
2-5 years of Payroll/HR experience
Knowledge of California Wage and Hour Laws
Ability to multi task with accuracy this is a fast paced environment
Ability to be organized meeting department deadlines
Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities using good judgment with appropriate sense of urgency
Strong MS Outlook; Word; Excel;10 key by touch
Must have good math skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to communicate across various audience levels
Have a good work ethic; good attendance is required
Must be detail oriented
Friendly, professional demeanor; be a team player
Ability to get along with people
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Strong active listening skills with the ability to follow directions
Valid CA Drivers License, reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
