About the Position :

The Dayforce Wallet CSM role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Dayforce Wallet customers, within a defined segment of the business.

The Dayforce Wallet CSM will work closely with their clients and users to drive usage, maximize revenue, and enrolments in alignment with the goals and objectives of the Wallet program.

Responsibilities :

Recognize and forecast all sources of revenue, exploring alternatives and innovative revenue opportunities within assigned portfolio.

Identify and analyze significant trends across social, demographic and economic environments to maximize usage.

Design onboarding campaigns that compliment industry best practices.

Proactively and regularly review portfolio health and usage trends.

Facilitate risk review outcomes in partnership with Trust, action feature alignment to support portfolio / customer financial health.

Sponsor, advocate, create, and champion onboarding campaigns and installation activities. Oversee customer configuration and phased launch activities.

Accountable for the financial performance of assigned portfolio.

Promote, develop, and motivate portfolio performance.

Direct the expansion and execution of strategic plans to accelerate the onboarding, activation, and usage of clients and their customers within a predetermined portfolio.

Act as trusted advisor for your respective clients by providing program sponsorship, review feedback, triage issues and source solutions to ensure customers achieve maximum value.

Actively pursue and promote new features, opportunities within established portfolio in partnership with product and Marketing teams.

Assess and provide suggestions for new or improved feature enhancements based on customer and user feedback

Contribute to Ceridian’s Customer Success strategy to support the rapid Growth of Dayforce Wallet

Qualifications :

Dayforce knowledge preferred.

Knowledge of Ceridian solutions and Ceridian service processes preferred.

Direct functional experience with payroll, time, HR, Talent and / or benefits administration preferred.

Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas / organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer.

Demonstrated Project leadership experience.

Energetic, confident and persuasive with all levels of audiences. Focus on delivering results that achieve business outcomes and lasting relationships, driving Wallet usage and adoption.

A strong leader, with sound business knowledge and judgment, ability to support program promotion, strategy and financial wellness.

5 to 10+ years’ experience within Customer Success, Account Management and / or Sales, working with or within financial service industry and / or HCM space.

Proven results in driving customer success and satisfaction, leading to both increased retention, revenue and growth.

Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, influencing skills and financial acumen.
