Engineering Project Manager – Alloy Engineering As a Material EPM within the Alloy Engineering team you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation process for new materials / surface finishing leading to the introduction of new consumer products. The position will support multiple product lines. In this role you will drive the day to day investigation activities to meet the overall program objectives and deployment planning. Responsibilities including: plan and manage trials based on engineering input and requirement; manage and track samples, logistics, trial status and results; create, present and maintain trial and investigation schedules; predict and mitigate risks; collaborate across engineering, operations andour OEM partners to meet schedule, quality, cost and volume goals. You must display the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Design and Operations, as well as our vendors). The ideal candidate is a project manager with metallurgical/mechanical/surface treatment background who has relevant experience in delivering consumer products using a wide variety of materials and displaying high aesthetic quality. Detailed knowledge of the product development process as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing is desired. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skill, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to focus on strategic agendas while managing day-to-day job activities, re-adjusting priorities as needed.

Required:• BS MSE/ME/EE degree preferred• 4-8 years of industry experience• 2-4 years of project management experience, supporting hardware for consumer devices• Excellent communication skills verbal and written• Experience with high cosmetic portable consumer electronics devices• Strong technical background• Demonstrated track record of working across diverse, highly technical organizations• Fluent (writing and speaking) in English

Desired:• Experience working with off shore manufacturers is highly desired• Experience in a multinational organization working on cross-functional teams
