Effectively communicate with your team members so the operations run in an organized manner.
Enforce all safety and sanitation rules while working in the food handling process.
Ability to take direction and effectively work through high volume needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to lift and transport 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly.
Must have 1 to 3 years prior kitchen experience.
Must be able to pass a knife skills test
Must have a food handler card or Serv-Safe certification or be able to obtain one prior to first day of assignment.
Deliver excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
