Job Description:Position located on-site in Concord, CA – Building DLine of Business Description: The role will support the Global Commercial Implementation team within Treasury Fulfillment and Servicing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Independently provides account management, client servicing for highly complex accounts, which include highest revenue clients with Commercial Card products and servicing needs.

Researches, analyzes, and resolves a wide range of Commercial Card products and services of varying complexity, some of which have global requirements.

Identifies product and sales specialists and effectively integrates servicing with implementation and operational requirements across departments, other bank divisions, and countries.

Provides relationship management, servicing and technical assistance to resolve complex, unique client requests.

Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relationships and problem resolutions.

Understands the end-to-end process and identifies opportunities to initiate client collaboration in the development of product services including recommending new products to the client.

Provides statistical analysis and initiates projects and processes to improve efficiency.

Enterprise Description: Responsible for acting as the primary interface to med/high revenue clients. Responsibility includes leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products and services. Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners/vendors in order to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process. Key Responsibilities: Provide a consultative approach to client through implementation; Facilitate internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests utilizing project management and technical skills; Troubleshoot, research, and respond to internal client team requests; Engage key stakeholders throughout the implementation process.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

Previous leadership experience required

3-5 yearsCustomer Service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel - filter, sort, v-lookups and pivots)

Ability to work in fast paced environment to drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client

Must be a team player, with ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Skills and Experience

Prior experience with Commercial Card and Large Corporate Card Servicing a plus

Experience with Treasury management and products desired

Cash management products, wholesale operations, and governing regulations preferred

Sharp desk routine and time management skills a plus
