$17/hour (Full-time), $16/hour (Part-time), $15/hours (Flexi-time)
Training Class Starting Early August

Our Chico center opened last September, and we're continuing to grow! We are currently hiring new team members to provide support for our client's customers in the Financial Technical space.

Compensation
Full-time: $17.00 per hour, 36-40 hours per week. Regular Schedule.
Part-time: $16.00 per hour, 24-35 hours per week. Regular Schedule.
Flexi-time: $15.00 per hour, 12 hours per week. Flexible Schedule.
Schedule Requirements
We are focused on PM Work Hours
Agents must work at leastÂone weekend shift per week (on a regular basis)
We offer Full-time, Part-time and Flexi-time work schedules
We are looking to bring on new Team Members available to work between 2:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday - Friday) & 6:00AM to 5:30PM (Saturday / Sunday)
Note: Due to Training requirements, we do not allow extended time off during the first 30 days.
Job Responsibilities
Create brand advocates by providing amazing customer support
Answer incoming customer service and app-based inquiries regarding stock market accounts
Perform basic troubleshooting, identifying and escalating priority issues to next level support
Gather and record customer information, concerns, tracking action taken in Zendesk CRM system
Provide professional telephone skills with proper phone etiquette,
Speak with a friendly, welcoming tone and manner
Utilize our knowledge base system to provide product and policy information
Continue training to remain current with changing platforms

Must Haves:
BA/BS college degree, AA degree, or Active Student
Strong Work History (work history may take the place of some education)
Technical Aptitude, learning new technology quickly
Proficient in English (written & verbal)
1-2 Years Work Experience (may include internship)
Ability to fulfill schedule commitments
Prioritize and effectively manage time
