We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our creative agency. You’ll report to a Senior Account Manager and support our AM team in producing a variety of marketing projects on time, within budget, and error free. This is a full-time position. We are in downtown San Jose.

Responsibilities:
Work with Senior Account Managers to successfully manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
Maintain positive client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction
Communicate productively with internal departments to insure accuracy and correct order completion
Work with Senior Account Managers to maintain schedules and manage costs
Request estimates, place purchase orders and manage relationships with vendors
Proof all materials before client review and at each stage of the production process
Follow Decca best practices
Participate in meetings
Keep files organized and current on the Decca server
Keep jobs current and updated in Clients & Profits (C&P)
Keep time updated and current in C&P
Additional duties, as assigned
Skills required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment
Excellent customer service skills
3 years relevant industry experience
BA/BS in advertising or related field
