AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to maintain a 56-unit apartment community. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred. An apartment is not provided.
The position is full-time; 40 hours per week.
The pay rate will be $16.00/hour.

Requirements:
-Valid CA Drivers License
-Reliable Transportation
-Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications:
-Good communication skills
-Computer literate (Word, Excel, MSOutlook)
-Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to follow written instructions
-Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
-Experience with subsidized housing (HUD, Tax Credit, or RD) helpful
-General building maintenance skills (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
-General grounds keeping skills
-Ability to manage emergency situations
Responsibilities:
-Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
-Assist with annual apartment inspections identifying action items
-Report violations of lease and house rules
-Timely completion of maintenance request work orders; ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
-Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
-Perform preventative maintenance duties
-Maintaining excellent curb appeal
-Follow policy and procedures
