Onsite apartment manager (Paradise)

Part time Position. Must live in one bedroom unit onsite. Must be non- smoker/ non smoking property. Prefer person with property management experience. This is a management position, we have service people in place. Organized, punctual, honest with people skills required. 40 units, requires short daily office hours 5 days a week with some flex time work. Property policy's allow one small pet.
