Desktop Technician:
Provide on-site Desktop, Laptop, Phone support
Installs PCs, LANs, cabling, and software (Windows 7, Windows 10, )
Help manage antivirus deployments and remove Viruses, Trojans, Malware, Spyware,
Maintain Email Accounts (auditing, deleting, and creating )
Update workstation software (Flash, Java, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Required:
Knowledge of Microsoft Software ,
Basic knowledge of networking
Experience with VOIP Phones is a plus( Not Required )
Reliable Transportation
