Work Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America)This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.Perform all maintenance repair to all plant, building and production equipment as requiredRead, interpret and understand drawings, sketches, prints, etc. that are related to the maintenance and repair of plant machinesPerform other duties as assign by supervisorMust perform pm on all plant production equipmentKnowledge of heavy equipment and basic computer experience is a plusTIG and Stick welding required3 phase electrical troubleshooting preferredMust have 2 years electrical experience and/or electrical training preferredMust be able to size and install electrical conduit, wire and electrical devices as needed for plant equipmentMust be able to maintain electrical components within the facilityMust be able to trouble shoot electrical problems in circuits up to 480 voltsMust be able to read electrical diagramsHours Sunday- Thursday 2pm to 10:30pmMust be able to comprehend oral and written instructionsMaintenance experience requiredGood physical condition/lifting requiredMust provide own hand toolsMust be able to work well with co-workers and managementMust be dependable and safety consciousMust be able to lift 40 pounds or moreWelding experience preferredWhen completing a Tyson Foods employment application, be sure to complete all tasks listed on the candidate home page.
