NPG Security Services is a security officer company serving commercial accounts primarily in the area. We are looking for Security Officers who are energetic, personable and dependable, with a strong commitment to providing world-class customer service and exceptional problem-solving skills. This will require that you are able to effectively handle potentially difficult situations in a fast-paced environment. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and active listening skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of clients and prospective clients.
Hours: Day 7 am – 7 pm , Night 7 pm – 7 am
Can you stand at lengths of time that may exceed 4 hours?
Can you walk distances up to 2 miles without stopping?
Can you work in less than ideal weather conditions? (i.e. extreme heat, cold, precipitation, wind)
Can you follow directions easily?
Will you possess and maintain a positive “team first” type of attitude?
Are you able to work long shifts (12-hours a day)?
Are you able to exercise patience and remain flexible in more stressful situations?
Are you detail-oriented?
Specific requirements for this customer service position include:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 18 years of age
Reliable means of communication and transportation
English proficiency
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
Working knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 Day and $16.00 Night
