Pella Products of Arkansas and Missouri, the locally owned distributor for Pella Windows & Doors, is looking for crews to sub-contract window and door installation jobs for our expanding team in Central Arkansas. We currently have a significant backlog of jobs that need to be installed. As one of the fastest growing Pella distributors in the nation, we need additional skilled Install teams to help us meet customer demand in 2019 and beyond.
The job will consist of installing replacement windows, exterior doors, and storm doors in residential homes. We will schedule the jobs and pay you directly for the installation once it is completed to the customers' complete satisfaction. Per job pricing will be agreed to upfront.
You must be able to pass a background check and a drug test prior to employment, have reliable transportation, and the required tools (including a metal brake). Experience with Vinyl windows / doors is mandatory. Experience with Wood windows / doors is preferred, but could be trained.
