General Duties:
Varies based on client site but can include foot patrols, answering phone calls, writing reports, monitoring security systems, checking staff/visitors in and out, badge checking/issuing, and other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to client sites include, but are not limited to:
-Provide excellent customer service to our clients
-Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
-Respond quickly to critical situations
-Ability to read and write detailed incident/daily reports
-Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
-Interior/exterior foot patrols
-Monitoring CCTV systems
-Badge checking/issuing
-Helping client staff and visitors
-Logging delivery of materials
-Checking vehicles in and out
-Answering phones
-Other security related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
-AR security license or ability to obtain one
-Authorized to work in the United States
-Ability to walk long distances
-Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time
-Stable work history
-Customer service skills/experience
-Prior security/related experience preferred
-Valid driver's license (varies based on client site)
-Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check (varies based on client site)
-Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
-Pass an extensive screening process
