Property Manager Needed in Little Rock, AR!

Property Managers are responsible for all phases of the operation of a property. This includes administration, maintenance, staff management, vendors, and resident issues.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Showing apartments; preparing, processing and signing all leases and related forms, including renewals and rent increases. Training and staff management (including payroll records), marketing, collecting rents, overseeing the accounting of your property, and supervising outside contract work.
Education: High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. Experience as a Property Manager is strongly preferred. Property Management industry experience is required. RealPage product usage experience is beneficial.
Qualifications: Proficiency in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal communications. Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations.
