A leading Manufactures Representative Company with a branch office located in Alexander, Arkansas is seeking a candidate for a part time Administrative/Warehouse/Secretarial position. Position would be working 5 days a week 9AM to 2PM (hours are flexible) 25 hours per week.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:

- Ability to multi-task

- Superior communication ability

- Experience with Micro Soft Word and Excel

- Sense of urgency in completing tasks

- Mechanical aptitude

- Some knowledge of the construction industry a plus.

- Familiar with warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.

- Ability to operate a fork lift.

- Able to lift 50 pounds.

Job Prerequisites:

- Undergo a background check in accordance with state and federal regulations.

- Undergo a drug screening test in accordance with state and federal regulations.

- Undergo a check of your driving record in accordance with state and federal regulations.
