Duties and Responsibilities
Perform and document maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Able to provide solutions quickly and accurately even in stressful situations
Must have a hands-on approach and strong work ethic
Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
Remove and install equipment using proper rigging.
Perform routine maintenance on mechanical devices using hand and power tools, electrical and electronic measuring and test devices, diagnostic equipment, vendor literature, technical manuals, blueprints, and other diagrams
Input accurate findings and time in CMMS for equipment history.
Troubleshoot and maintain three (3) phase electrical systems
Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.
Perform general maintenance operations such as welding, pipe fitting, leveling of machinery, carpentry, and other operations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required
3-5 years multi-craft maintenance technician experience
Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
Understands electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Can analyze problems and perform repairs
Strong problem-solving skills.
working knowledge in PLCs is considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
Pay commensurate with experience.
