3H Group, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Assistant at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Conway. The Maintenance Assistant will report directly to the Chief Engineer and General Manager.
Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Completing preventative maintenance for all guest rooms and public spaces according to the outlined timetable/schedule.
Responding to maintenance requests made by both the guests of the hotel and fellow hotel team members when necessary.
Other responsibilities will include: inspections of the hotel's systems; Guest Rooms; grounds etc.; adherence to Brand Standards pertaining to condition; maintain inventory and condition of tools and materials.
Other key elements:
Work efficiently, in an organized manner.
Promote a cooperative, efficient and high moral team.
Focus efforts on Guest Satisfaction scores with the General Manager and the other key personnel to lead the hotel to overall greatness and success.
The ideal candidate should have:
1 year of maintenance experience.
Ability to work on your own while staying on task and completing required workloads.
Possess great organization skills.
