Accounting Manager (Client Services)

DescriptionOne of our clients, a Prestigious CPA Firm in WLR, is seeking an Accounting Manager for their firm. This is a newly created position in their Client Services division due to growth in the department and will report directly to the Partners!Duties would include: Supervising a large team and delegating work and clients Communicating and working closely with Clients Oversee Accounting/Bookkeeping functions for the clients that would include:o Month End/Quarter/Year End Closeo General Ledger reconciliationso Payroll Serviceso Payment Processingo Sales/Use Tax Reporting and Income Tax Financial Statement Preparation Consulting work – higher level analytics and Outsourced CFO dutiesRequirements for the Role: Bachelor’s in Accounting CPA is highly preferred 5-10 years’ experience in multi-entity Accounting/Bookkeeping 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role Public Accounting experience highly desired Strong Customer Service skills and professional demeanor Experience in QuickBooks, Ultra Tax, and Payroll applications is a plus Some limited travel, all in stateClient is offering competitive pay, outstanding benefits, PTO, work/life balance, and a very nice office.
