Local Furniture Company, James + James is looking to add a member to their quality control/ shipping team!
Applicants should enjoy detailed work and working in a team environment. Applicants for this position should be flexible and willing to perform tasks outside of their typical job description. This team member plays a vital role in the distribution and quality of our furniture. Applicants should be trustworthy, have great customer service skills, have good leadership skills, be able to lift 40 - 50 lbs and perform team lifts. The ideal candidate would have previous managerial experience, and be ok with taking charge. Experience with wood finishes and/ or similar products is a plus but not required.
We offer competitive pay wages and very rarely work on weekends. Standard hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with two paid breaks during the day and an hour break for lunch - this is a full time position! We do not currently offer any kind of health benefits for employees.
