FM Corporation is a plastic manufacturing company. We specialize in plastic parts that are used to make medical testing equipment.
Shifts:
B Shift-3pm-11:30pm M-F
Job Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and general upkeep of the facilities including administrative areas, break room, and restrooms.
Job Performance:
Uses standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
Maintains floors in a clean state by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
Responsible for emptying and cleaning trash receptacles and collect recycling.
Responsible for cleaning, sanitize, and supply bathrooms.
Responsible for cleaning break room tables, chairs, floor, sinks and counters, microwaves, stock napkins, paper towels, plastic ware, and condiments.
Responsible for cleaning office areas.
Responsible for cleaning windows.
Responsible for ordering cleaning supplies and other supplies as needed.
Maintains acceptable levels of attendance and punctuality.
Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and instructions.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Physical Requirements
Ability to adequately work with appropriate tools and equipment, frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel
objects, tools, or controls.
Must have Adequate mobility for stooping, bending, lifting, strength and grip requirements necessary to
frequently manipulate and/or lift products weighing up to 40 lbs. Constantly required to stand/walk.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Must wear Safety glasses with side shields in all production areas and hearing protection must be worn in
designated areas at all times.
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, heat and cold temperatures vary according to season.
This position is considered a high risk position due to the manufacturing environment, moving machinery and
forklift traffic.
Education, Skills/Qualification:
Entry Level position, no minimum requirement. Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English. 1 year custodian experience preferred.
