Ozark Pediatrics in Rogers, AR is seeking an experienced LPN to join our clinical team. This Full-Time nurse will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
General accountabilities:
Administers immunization and monitors patient for reactions or side effects
Records patient medical information and vital signs
Responds to calls from patients and pharmacies
Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patient's condition
Modifies patient treatment plan as indicated by patient's response and conditions
Prepares patients for and assists with examinations or treatments
Monitors all aspects of patient care
Excellent team work skills
Problems solving skills and ability to multi-task
Job Qualifications:
Valid Arkansas LPN License
BLS/CPR Certification
EMR experience
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
