Russ Physical Therapy is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Full Time Patient Care Coordinator for our Springdale location.
Job Summary:
Answer Phones
Collect Payments
Greet and Schedule Patients
Verify benefits and eligibility
Ensure all patients are authorized for therapy
Assist therapists in patient care
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as ability to learn other computer programs
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team players with the ability to work with all levels of employees and customers.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions.
