We have been open 24 years and we are a top rated Restaurant in Arkansas, let alone Springdale, according to Tripadvisor, Google, etc. Susan's is a fast paced, busy, team player mentality kind of place. We have very low employee turnover, yet we continue to grow so there is room for advancement at all levels.
Our business hours are 6am to 2pm, seven days a week. Most shifts are 7am to 3pm. NO NIGHTS. If you want to work with a top notch staff and are self motivated please come by and apply in person. Just ask the Host at the register for an application.
