Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring on-time performance for outbound and inbound orders using excellent customer relation skills and maintaining control of a faced paced environment. Efficiency, accuracy and team work coordinating order fulfillment
Responsibilities, Duties & Requirements:
Supervise employees to complete customer loads accurately & efficiently
Provide leadership
Coordinate loaders and support continuous movement to get trucks in and out in a timely manner
Generate pick ticket & ship out orders in Famous system
Must be able to prioritize tasks, be good with time management and must have good math skills
Must be proficient in written and oral communication.
Must be a team player and a good role model.
Computer Skills a must
Problem solving skills
Able to work in wet and cold environments on occasion
Able to work flexible and long hours
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to bend, stoop, push, kneel and reach
Must travel -Yuma (Nov thru Mar) & Hollister (Apr thru Nov)
Qualifications:
Experience dispatching trucks in high paced environment
Famous Software knowledge a plus
Knowledge of produce, workplace safety, food safety and distributions.
