Import automotive dealer with multiple franchises looking for an experienced Sales Manager. We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of CSI (customer satisfaction). As with all positions within dealerships, a Sales Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
At least three years of previous Automotive Dealership Sales experience is a must!
Bilingual is a plus!

Requirements:
Strong Record of CSI, taking care of Customers
Contributes to development and execution of sales goals
Strong Leadership Skills - Capability of Motivating, Mentoring, and Coaching Sales Staff
Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
Valid Driver License
Must pass Background and Drug Screen
Responsibilities:
Responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments.
Train and manage Sales Team.
Manage by working within a team-centric environment.
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service (CSI).
Develop and maintain successful relationships.
Assist in the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure timely turn around on deals.
Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the best interests of the Dealership.
