DescriptionRobert Half is seeking out candidates in with outstanding customer service skills for a Remote Customer Service Representative position with one of its Fortune 500 healthcare clients, candidates MUST be located in Phoenix or Tucson, AZ. In this Customer Service Representative position will need to manage both people and processes ensuring that service levels are achieved and internal as well as external customer expectations are not only met but surpassed on a consistent basis. This Customer Service Representative position requires superior customer service skills, exemplary communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.The Remote Customer Service Representative will: Respond to inquiries over the phone from members and/or providers requiring assistance in website registration and navigation Document and process customer correspondence Identify and research any inaccuracies in the processing of claim payments and route issues to appropriate parties for claims adjustments Work as part of a call center team responsible for direct communication with team members, patients, and health care providers to ensure prompt processing of questions or patient needs.
